Electronic Contracting Integration for IDEAL® Users

  • What does Reynolds and Reynolds integration do? The integration allows dealers to send contract data from their Reynolds & Reynolds DMS to American Honda Finance Corporation’s (AHFC) credit and electronic contracting portal, reducing the need for duplicate data entry.
  • What is required for integration? This integration is optional. Dealers must have electronic contracting enabled by AHFC.
  • How does a dealer enroll in the integration? A Honda or Acura auto dealer can enroll can enroll by filling out the order form and emailing the completed agreement directly to idealreynoldsintegration@coxautoinc.com.
  • How long to install? Once the agreement is received, a Dealertrack representative will contact your dealership to complete an installation questionnaire. After the installation questionnaire is returned from the dealership, it takes about 10- 15 days to install.
  • How much does the integration cost? There is a one-time investment of $498 and a monthly fee of $100 that is billed to your store by Dealertrack.
