New Reporting on Dealertrack RegUSA®

Self-service invoice and transaction reports provide insights into completed transaction fees.

Three new self-service reports are now available within RegUSA to give you access to a summary of invoices for all completed transactions, a detailed breakdown of the fees in a single page per transaction, and a view of all your ACH transactions.

  • Client Invoice Summary Report: Provides a summary of invoices for transactions based on the dates you select. This report will show all the transaction details and the summary of fees for each transaction. You can adjust the report based on date range and you have the ability to download to a PDF or Excel file. Note: This report does not contain the breakdown of fees.
  • Invoice Breakdown Report: Provides a detailed breakdown of the fees per transaction. The report includes all the transaction details such as date processed, invoice date, and fee details at a granular level. You can adjust the report based on date range and selection of the clients/dealers. It can also be generated in batch, concatenated. The Invoice Breakdown Report is only available in PDF format.
  • Client Transaction Fee Report: This report will show all your ACH transactions for any transactions based on the date range you select, and you have the ability to download to a PDF or Excel file.
Please note, as we begin to invoice in this new accounting system, data will populate the report.
